I designed one connection that hides all the rails behind a single, consistent way of working, with smart routing, safe retries, and clear, uniform errors. A new rail plugs in underneath without touching a single partner's integration.
Impact
Partners now connect once and reach every rail, and new rails can be added without breaking anything. It repositioned the business from a point solution into real payments infrastructure.
Insight
The whole game is that adding a rail never touches a partner's integration. The moment that is true, a cost centre has become a platform.
