Opened an instant, low cost way to send money to a neighbouring market
A reusable blueprint that makes each new country a setup, not a rebuild.
Situation
Sending money to a neighbouring country meant correspondent banks, high fees, days of delay, and unclear exchange rates. The business wanted direct wallet to wallet transfers that are instant for the customer, compliant for the regulator, and profitable on the spread.
Action
I designed a corridor that links the two wallet systems, quotes the exchange rate at the moment of transfer, screens both sides for sanctions, and settles in local currency instead of through costly correspondent chains. I built it as reusable parts, so the corridor itself becomes a template.
Impact
Transfers now land in seconds instead of days, with transparent pricing, and a repeatable blueprint that turns each new market into a setup rather than a rebuild.
Insight
The advantage is the template. Once the exchange, the screening, and the settlement are reusable, every new market is a setting to change, not a system to build.
Where it ran
Interoperable wallet rails (MMI) + PAPSS-ready cross-border settlement
