One approved batch pays everyone, however they are banked, and reconciles itself.
Situation
Paying staff meant splitting payroll across banks and mobile wallets, juggling several files and portals, chasing failed payments, and reconciling by hand every cycle. It was slow and error prone.
Action
I built a single file payroll run. Upload one batch, and the system checks each person, sends the money to their bank or wallet, handles the failures, and reconciles automatically, all under a maker and checker approval. It stopped caring whether someone is paid to a bank or a wallet.
Impact
Payroll now runs in minutes instead of hours or days, from one file instead of many, with fewer failed payments and no manual reconciliation at the end.
Insight
One file, any destination, is the whole value. The moment payroll stops caring how each person is paid, the operational pain disappears.
