Paid tens of thousands of government beneficiaries per cycle, every payment traceable
A bulk payout pipeline with the audit trail oversight bodies need.
Situation
A government social transfer programme was paying people through slow, manual, leaky processes: ghost names, failed payments, and no clean record for oversight. It needed to pay tens of thousands of verified people each cycle, with every payment accounted for.
Action
I designed a payout pipeline that checks each beneficiary against the register and their ID, finds their wallet or account, pays them under a maker and checker approval, and returns the status of every single payment for reconciliation and audit.
Impact
Tens of thousands of people are paid each cycle, failed payments fell, a cycle that once took days now takes hours, and there is a complete, audit ready record that closes the leakage.
Insight
In government payouts, the audit trail is the product. Getting money out is easy. Proving every payment reached a real, verified person is the hard, valuable part.
