Situation
Licensed buying companies had to pay large numbers of purchasing clerks and farmers quickly across the buying season. Manual, cash heavy payouts were slow, hard to reconcile, and exposed to leakage.
Action
I gave them a way to pay everyone from a single approved file. The system checks each payee, sends the money to their bank account or mobile wallet automatically, and returns the status of every payment for reconciliation, all under a maker and checker approval.
Impact
Seasonal payouts to clerks and farmers became fast and traceable across banks and wallets, with proper approval and reconciliation replacing cash handling and manual tracking.
